  • Capture Support (4 hours per month): Can be used for the following: Attending capability briefings, Industry Days, Teaming/ Partnership Meetings, Identifying teaming Partners; capability briefing planning and coaching
  • Discovery Support (6 hours per month): Discovery analysts will search for opportunities that fit your strategic plan, NAICs codes, and target customers. He/she will also manage and update your opportunity pipeline. He/she will review Sources Sought, RFI, & RFQ notices and assist with developing capabilities Matrix under the Gold and Platinum Programs
  • (2) Weekly Mentoring/ Q&A telephone Sessions (One- Hour Each): One-on-one mentoring session with an XBR Executive member to answer CEO level and business management questions, strategy development, talent management, finances, infrastructure, ETC.
  • Access to Discovery Tools 
  • Proposal Management and Development: Up to (1) proposal per month up to (4M contract value)
  • Recruiting Support: For XBR Proposals, members will be allowed a limited amount of resume searches to meet the opportunity requirements
  • XBR Teaming Match Making & Access to XBR Member Database: Access to approved XBR members and partners for teaming opportunities
  • Discounted HR Services: XBR members will have the ability to purchase/ hire HR services at a discounted rate not available to non-members. Members can expect savings vs. seeking services on their own
  • Discounted Accounting Services

  • Discounted Marketing and Web Design: Website review and Consultation: One-time service
  • Discounted Graphic Support and 2 custom graphics per proposal: Custom graphic development for proposal; example include cover page, process examples, Task order workflow, communication, etc.
